The Website is purely informational. Bookings, payments, guest ID collection, reporting to the authorities (Alloggiati Web), and all operations related to guest stays are not carried out through this Website. Such activities are entirely managed by Affitti Brevi Italia S.r.l. / Lakeside S.r.l., which act as autonomous controllers through their own systems and privacy policies.
2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
a) Browsing data
The IT systems enabling the Website to function collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, visited pages, access times, and interactions. These data are used to ensure proper functioning, anonymous statistics, and security.
Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
b) Data provided voluntarily through the Contact Form or email
When voluntarily sending communications to the email addresses listed on the Website, we may acquire your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message content. These data are processed solely to respond to user requests and manage pre-contractual communications.

c) Data relating to bookings and stays
The Website does not process booking data, payment data, or identification documents. Users are redirected to the systems of Affitti Brevi Italia S.r.l., which acts as an autonomous data controller.
3. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal Data may be processed by authorised personnel of the Data Controller and technical service providers (Wix.com Ltd., Google LLC, email providers) appointed, where necessary, as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. No dissemination is foreseen.
4. DATA TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU
Some providers (e.g., Google, Wix) may have servers or headquarters outside the EU. Transfers occur under adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), and supplementary safeguards.
